Contract Formation
Orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. puppycages.co.uk may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and puppycages.co.uk until your parcel has been dispatched. Where goods are to be manufactured to the customer’s specification, the contract will exist on written acceptance of the quotation.

Payment
All goods must be paid for in advance, in full; we do not offer any form of credit facility. Items will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.

Your credit card is charged in the name of 'Gross Hurst' or 'Gross Hurst & Co.'

Unwanted goods
puppycages.co.uk will offer a full refund, less return postage costs, for standard items within 8 days of receipt. Unwanted items cannot be refunded if they are being manufactured to the customer’s specification. Please ensure that you identify the item by including a copy of the invoice or details of your name and order/invoice number.

Faulty goods
Faulty goods should be reported to puppycages.co.uk ASAP BEFORE they are returned. We do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange. When contacting puppycages.co.uk please give a full description of the fault, including your name and the order/invoice number.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been dispatched you will be charged for the cost of return shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us.

Refunds
A refund cannot be issued until puppycages.co.uk receive the goods in question.

How to return an item
If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return.
We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.
We are not always able to accept delivery at the office address therefore please request a return address before returning items.

Please contact us first if you need to return a faulty item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
