This is a reworking of our standard bridle. This bridle has been reduced in size so that it is a closer fit around the head than our standard brank.

Our Brank has been designed around an average sized head but has adjustment incorporated, padlocks/bolts are used to keep the Brank in place. The adjustment allows this to be worn loosely or, if desired, tightly.

The tongue depressor fits in the mouth and is about 2" long so that it rests about half way along the tongue; The tongue depressor is rubber coated. When this is worn losely the wearer has to bear the weight of the bridle with the jaw/tongue which can get very uncomfortable indeed.

Please be aware that this is a nasty bit of kit and can be very uncomfortable to wear, especially for longer periods.

This is zinc plated in either black or silver and comes with the option of one padlock or three. The one padlock versions uses allen head screws (at the sides of the jaw) to hold the neck adjusting strap in place whereas the three locked version uses pins and padlocks around the jaw (pinned version shown). The bolted version is recommened as it is easier to fit.
